Gather in the garden to deepen your connection to your higher healing self. In this relaxing and interactive class you will learn easy and effective bodywork and other healing tricks to relieve day to day stress and strain. Be guided through a new way of understanding headaches, heartburn, indigestion, back and neck support, and learn focusing tips. Discover the opening of your connection to your inner wisdom to see what you need to feel healthy and pain free. The second class will be a moving meditation in the glorious Arboretum garden, using your body to explore and discover how you live and move in the world. Come ready to ignite your self-knowledge through playful and non-performance movement. Trust your body, move healing energy, and feel relaxed and rejuvenated. No previous dance or movement experience necessary. Sophia Hoffer-Perkins has been practicing bodywork, expressive movement, and teaching self-empowerment for health for over 11 years.
